Jinbe is a grandmaster of Fish-Man Karate, a martial art that uses water as a medium for attacks. He can manipulate water molecules in the air and blood within living bodies, delivering devastating internal strikes. On the ocean, his power increases exponentially as he can weaponize the sea itself.
